I brought GMC Terrain in for warranty work on radio which sometimes goes off the FM Channel I'm listening to a No Sound Siruius channel, which I don't subscribe to. I must push the FM button again to go back to my favorite FM music station. The Warranty repair held for a couple days, but now problem is back :( This is distracting to me.

I come to Sundance for oil changes because I have always gotten a print out from the inspection. This allows me to prepare for future repairs. As a senior, I have to budget repair bills. HOWEVER I am no longer provided with this information. So why should I continue to come to Sundance for oil changes when I can get them for less money elsewhere. By the way, the people I deal with are great!

I was frustrated that at 26,000 miles I was told I need new tires. Apparently my alignment was out and ruined my tires. When I asked the service man if this was common or could it be a flaw? He said that we probably hit a pothole or a curb. He then told me that it says in the owners manual that alignment should be checked every 6 months. I’ve been driving since 1980 and have never heard this before. I could have caused the problem, that’s not my point. My complaint is if this was suggested to me in the 2 previous times I brought the truck to Sundance for service I would have done it and maybe I wouldn’t be spending $1,300 on new tires after 26,000 miles. I called my salesman to discuss my concern and he blew me off. In the future I will using a different dealership for my service and I will explain to whoever I choose why I’m no longer using Sundance for service.

Rook vehicle in have it looked over as it was stalling when we would back out of garage, even after we let it warm up. Would almost stall out at stop lights, running rough. We were informed that repair/service attendant could not replicate our issues. Thought it was ok when returned to us after 2-3 hrs. Nothing was fixed, still was stalling, running rough so we took it back to where we purchased it, Young's in Owosso. They ran many tests, found they needed to do a vehicle wide update, re-calibrated. Felt like Sundance didn't want to take time to get to the bottom of our problem.
